Plan Management is right for you if:
You like to be in control of your NDIS funding and being able to choose from a wide range of providers, but don’t want to worry about keeping records or paying your providers. It costs you nothing! Plan Management is free for all NDIS Participants
Why use a plan manager?
A plan manager can help you:

increase your financial and plan management skills

learn how to self-manage your plan

pay providers (invoice processing)

increase your choice of providers i.e. use both registered and unregistered

get NDIS plan budget reports and greater budget oversight.
How can I have plan management?
At your planning meeting you can tell NDIS staff that you would like a plan manager to support you.
How do I pay my plan manager?
The National Disability Insurance Agency (the organisation that runs the NDIS) will include funding in your plan to pay for your plan manager so you are not out of pocket. This is separate from your other services and supports in your budget. Plan Managers are paid a monthly fee for the duration of your plan, and this comes out of the ‘Improved Life Choices’ part of your Capacity Building budget. Any set-up fees are also covered by your funding.
